House Project Week 19

 This week painting was completed, the front stairs were built, garage door was installed and work on the floor was started. 

                                                                      Saturday



The flooring was started in the living room and the hallway. Almost all the rooms will have this flooring besides the bathrooms and laundry room. 

Here is the backside of the garage door. 

Monday
The flooring was started in the master bedroom. 





The white lines indicate where the gravel will go for a gravel pathway from the driveway to the side garage door and or house,

   Tuesday










The cabinets were delivered this week and are slowly being installed moved to their proper location. 

Wednesday



The gutters were delivered and installed. They are the same color as the trim. 


The bathroom and laundry room floor was installed. 



The cabinets were put in place in the two bathrooms. 

Thursday


Some of the cabinet doors were installed. 

The flooring was finished in the master bedroom closet. The flooring in the master bedroom is done. 
Friday


The gravel was laid down and now it's less muddy walking from our house to that house. Less mud to track in the new house.

The secondary bedroom floor was started.

This Week: Continue work on the floor, and get some of the cabinets installed. 
To Be Determined: At some point the electrical will be turned on (didn't happen this past week)

    This week the house was wrapped with siding wrap, the trim and siding were delivered, and the dry board was delivered and installed.                                                                        Monday New door frame. House Project Week 39

This week the hot water tank was fixed thank goodness, cleaned up more of my old bedroom and got more of the house all set to go by filling up shelving in Living Room and Bedroom. My Old Bedroom The bed and drawer have been removed from my old bedroom and we sold the bed and somebody took the drawer as well. Now I just need to get the rest of my stuff out of there and that room will be empty. Shelves in Living Room All of this stuff used to be in shelves in my old bedroom and now they are now on display in the living room.  Bedroom Shelving My bedroom shelves have been loaded up as well. Look at all of those legos on display as well. The house is really starting to feel like a home. Coat Rack in Garage Dad installed a coat rack in the garage so we can hang up our coats or we can use the closet by the front door as well.  Mats on Stairs. House Project Week 42

  This week my old bedroom got prepped for painting, and grass was sprayed all around the new house.  Old Bedroom Prep No Photos My old bedroom was prep for painting, sanding, getting tape around the trim and windows and making sure that the walls were all cleaned off. Grass Landscaping Grass was sprayed all around the house yesterday. Most of the photos were taken looking out most of the windows. They will be grass mostly around the house besides by the garage and front door areas.   This Week: The grass will need to be watered twice a day, my old bedroom will be repainted white, the Trendmill will be built at some point and start prepping for an open house for the new house,
