Week 3 Update

Week Three Update
This week the siding, trim, roof, person door and painting was completed.

Wednesday







They were able to get the siding trim and the roof done all in one day. The person door was also installed as well. 

Thursday



The painting was completed on the exterior of the garage. Its the same colors as the old garage. White siding, blue trim and a blue person door.

Coming Soon Lights 





The blue squares are where the lights will be installed. There will be three overall, two by the garage door and one by the person door.

My parents have a view of the old garage from there room, they will also have a view of the new garage as well.

Upcoming

This week: Electrical work (power to the garage using a conduit that will be under the patio, outlets in the garage and lights on the outside of the garage 3x), plus gutters. 

Will post another update next weekend about week 4 progress.

House Project Week 39

This week the hot water tank was fixed thank goodness, cleaned up more of my old bedroom and got more of the house all set to go by filling up shelving in Living Room and Bedroom. My Old Bedroom The bed and drawer have been removed from my old bedroom and we sold the bed and somebody took the drawer as well. Now I just need to get the rest of my stuff out of there and that room will be empty. Shelves in Living Room All of this stuff used to be in shelves in my old bedroom and now they are now on display in the living room.  Bedroom Shelving My bedroom shelves have been loaded up as well. Look at all of those legos on display as well. The house is really starting to feel like a home. Coat Rack in Garage Dad installed a coat rack in the garage so we can hang up our coats or we can use the closet by the front door as well.  Mats on Stairs. House Project Week 42

  This week my old bedroom got prepped for painting, and grass was sprayed all around the new house.  Old Bedroom Prep No Photos My old bedroom was prep for painting, sanding, getting tape around the trim and windows and making sure that the walls were all cleaned off. Grass Landscaping Grass was sprayed all around the house yesterday. Most of the photos were taken looking out most of the windows. They will be grass mostly around the house besides by the garage and front door areas.   This Week: The grass will need to be watered twice a day, my old bedroom will be repainted white, the Trendmill will be built at some point and start prepping for an open house for the new house,
