Bellingham McCarthy Family Construction Project

  This week the dirt was flatten out and things are all set for the next step.   Monday - Wednesday These three days they finished flattening out the dirt and getting the site ready for the next phrase of the project.  Another tree was taken down, this tree was dead and needed to come down. They put a drainage system in its place.  First time I was able to take a picture looking towards our house. There was a dirt piles where I was standing, and I couldn't see over it to take any pictures from this angle.  This is an entrance to the crawl space, they will need to replace this silver thing, it's the wrong size.  A closeup to the crawl space entrance.                                                                          ...

    This week the foundation walls were poured and removed and dirt was being moved around. The big dirt pile is getting smaller.   Monday/Tuesday  The foundation walls were completed and the concrete for the foundation walls were poured. Wednesday  The footings for the foundation walls were removed and the foundation is now complete.  Thursday The drainage pipes were installed before they started to put the dirt back on Friday. Friday They started to put the dirt back and knock down those dirt piles. Once those piles are gone, I'll have some more angles to take pictures.                                                                                                       ...
